As a BI Software Engineer, you will be working on an SQL data warehouse solution, which is the powerhouse of both client-oriented and internal reporting in Excel and PowerBI. You will also become a member of a cross-functional development team working in an agile environment, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders to establish business needs.

After your morning coffee you will be:

 

  • implementing software features based on functional and non-functional requirements,
  • delivering clean, easily maintainable code and performing review of code written by your colleagues,
  • cooperating with highly qualified business specialists, solution architects, developers, and security specialists,
  • working on continuous improvement of the software development process

 

We are a GOOD match if you:

 

  • Have experience with building Power BI reports and can create both standalone reporting solutions, as well as work on existing ones – at least 2 years
  • Possess BI skills – including gathering and analyzing business requirements and critical thinking, followed by solution design
  • Possess basic SQL skills (including building stored procedures and SSIS packages) – at least 2 years
  • Are familiar with working in MSSQL Studio
     

We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally:
 

  • Have experience working with security reporting
  • Have experience working with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Have experience with working with data marts or data warehouses
