It is closely integrated with Denmark’s public digital infrastructure. The department is part of the OPUS ERP unit, which delivers administrative software to the country’s municipalities and regions.

Our business unit provides solutions to Danish municipalities within finance/budgeting, procurement, collection and disbursement. Our solutions are the backbone of public administration and the efficiency of the public sector. We are approximately 150 dedicated employees located in Denmark, Poland, and India.

Your Tasks

We are currently working on an exciting SAP S/4HANA migration project, where we will migrate our current SAP R3 solution and customers on this platform to the S/4HANA. We expect you to be a quick learner and interested in rapidly building the knowledge required to act as an ABAP developer on both our current R3 and the new S4 solution for municipalities.

As an ABAP developer, you will work with your team to ensure that prioritized customer requirements are transformed into technical solutions that can be implemented in our solution, KMD Opus Debitor. At the same time, your team will ensure that our solution continuously meets customer requirements and follows the established product strategy.

You will be part of a well-functioning team with an informal tone, openness, and good humor. We respect and listen to each other, so it’s important that collaboration comes naturally to you. We help each other in the team, and there is always a colleague to spar with and learn from.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analyzing features with the team and creating robust sprint and release plans.
  • Collaborating and sparring with business specialists during the development of use cases and estimation.
  • Analyzing technical and functional use cases/customer requirements and transforming them into technical designs.
  • Analyzing incidents and problems, investigating and resolving issues, gathering data, and providing technical sparring and support.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reviewing code, programs, configurations, and bug fixes.
  • Contributing to the creation of test scenarios and data.
  • Performing system and/or integration tests and analyzing, documenting, and reporting test results.
  • Creating technical documentation.
  • Participating in peer-to-peer reviews.
