We’re on the lookout for a Lead Rewards Specialist to join our Rewards team and lead the charge in designing and delivering innovative rewards.
As a key member of our Rewards team, you will:
- Lead and manage complex reward projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Drive position evaluation processes using established methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, or similar), ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Champion pay transparency, helping us evolve our compensation philosophy and practices to reflect openness, equity, and trust.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on job architecture, benchmarking, and compensation frameworks.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to inform reward decisions and support talent attraction and retention.
- Contribute to the development of global reward policies and tools that scale with our growth.
Personal Requirements:
- Several years of proven experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits, with a strong focus on project management and position evaluation.
- Deep understanding of job grading systems and market benchmarking tools.
- A passion for pay equity and transparency, with a track record of implementing or supporting related initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you can influence and inspire at all levels.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a drive to continuously improve and innovate.
