Look no further – we’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Modern Workplace team in Warsaw. As a Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in shaping our IT administration, strategy, and security agenda. 

  

About the Job 

  

In this role, you will collaborate closely with other experienced Solution Architects to design and implement tiering in our Active Directory. Our security setup on Azure is highly mature, and this is a natural next step for our team to enhance our overall security level. Throughout this implementation, we will need to find the right level of tiering to apply within our company, balancing high levels of security with maintaining efficiency – a challenging but rewarding task. 

  

About Us 

  

You will join a team of 12 dedicated professionals responsible for all things Microsoft, from M365 to conditional access and endpoint administration, as well as designing and maintaining our office network across all locations. Our customers are our colleagues, which allows for a unique environment of transparency and collaboration. In the Modern Workplace team, innovative ideas quickly turn into successful implementations. We work dynamically with our changes and are not afraid to experiment. The team consists of 3 Endpoint Specialists, 2 Network Architects, 5 Solution Architects, 1 Scrum Master, and a PO/Manager. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  

  • Collaborate with other Solution Architects to design and implement Active Directory tiering. 

  • Enhance our security setup on Azure. 

  • Balance high levels of security with operational efficiency 

  

Qualifications: 

  

 It is most important to us that you: 

 

  • Have a prominent level of technical understanding and experience in both on Prem and Azure administration 

  • Have experience in working with or implementing AD tiering 

  • Experience with Privileged Access Workstation configuration and policy creation 

  • Experience with identity and access management 

  • Proven experience with managing and implementing Zero Trust security in large organizations 

  • Has 4+ years of experience working with IT infrastructure & administration 

  • Has expertise and practical experience with the principles of defence in depth, security by design, modern authentication mechanisms.  

  •  Fluent English, both written and spoken 

  • Is a person that welcomes changes and has a comprehensive approach to problems 

  • Experience with Microsoft infrastructure and products 

 

Relevant certifications: 

  • AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, AZ-104, MD-102
