Are you ready to join our global team as a ServiceNow Tester? We shall tell you why you should...

You will be a part of a young existing team in Warsaw, India and Denmark (~18 team members in total). The team is responsible for improving ServiceNow which is a strategic platform in the KMD and NEC group. You will work with challenging cases which will expand your knowledge and give You a lot of satisfaction when You will solve them 😊. 

We are working using agile methodology and you will have an opportunity to help improve that process in our team.

After your morning coffee you will be:  

  • Follow best practices for quality assurance specifically tailored for ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Supporting developing and conducting test plans, scenarios, and cases to ensure the validity of ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Contribute to the provision of test reports and analyses for stakeholders, identifying improvement areas to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects and the development team to understand business requirements and effectively identify, prioritize, and resolve defects
  • Participate in the implementation of automated testing solutions to improve testing efficiency and coverage

 

 

We are a GOOD match if you: 

  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in the testing field, with exposure to ServiceNow environments
  • Understand various testing methodologies and can adapt these techniques as per the project requirements
  • Have a foundational knowledge of QA methodologies, the software development lifecycle, and Agile practices
  • Are keen to learn, open-minded, and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills
  • Value teamwork and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues
  • Are fluent in both English and Polish

 

 

We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally:

  • Experience in the testing field, with exposure to ServiceNow environments
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM Systems
  • Are familiar with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Are familiar with integration/REST API
  • Skills in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
