What products do we develop?
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be working on a cloud-based Elements software solution that accelerates the green transition through energy optimization and ensures efficient operations through high-quality data management across the energy sector. You will also become a member of a cross-functional UI team of both Polish and Danish engineers working in an agile environment.
We are currently seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our system. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless product flow, and maintaining design consistency across all our products.
How do we work?
After your morning coffee you will be:
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our SaaS solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards across entire product, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
We are a GOOD match if you:
- Have strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thinking process (please provide your portfolio).
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI Design experience.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles.
- Strong communication skills, so you can justify your decisions, engage in discussions, and use relevant market examples to counter bad ideas.
- Experience in working with Design Systems and understand the principles of its creation, understanding variables and design token usage is needed.
- HTML and CSS basic knowledge to understand tech limitations and possibilities.
- Experience in working with stakeholders, business units and development teams.
- Knowledge about accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Experience in designing for web platforms.
- Working in agile/scrum methodology.
