We are looking for a Contract & Vendor Manager to join our Procurement and Vendor Management function. If you have experience in procurement, contract governance, and supplier performance management, this could be the right opportunity for you.


About the Role


In this role, you will take responsibility for the full spectrum of contract and vendor management—from strategic sourcing and supplier governance to commercial negotiations and compliance. You will, together with the team, be working closely with key IT outsourcing partners and suppliers across software and infrastructure, including vendors such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Hitachi, T-Systems, Aeven, and others.


Your work will enable KMD’s business units to focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers by ensuring the right supplier and service setup is in place.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize supplier contracts and portfolios
  • Monitor, report, and ensure compliance with contract and supplier performance (incl. NIS2, DORA, and internal policies)
  • Drive resolution of supplier-related challenges and disputes
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Security, Compliance, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Facilitate sourcing processes
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide reporting on value creation and compliance matters in supplier contracts
  • Participate and run occasional business projects and improvement initiatives

 

About the Team


You will join our Procurement & Vendor Management team, consisting of experienced colleagues who value trust, knowledge-sharing and humor in everyday work. We act as a trusted advisor and business-oriented partner, ensuring effective and commercially oriented supplier management across the company.


The Vendor Management team is part of a larger vendor management organization including Vendor Services and Vendor Projects supporting a strong collaboration across services, contracts and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For


We imagine you have some of the following qualifications:

 

  • Experience with IT procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or supplier performance management
  • Strong negotiation skills, including in English (Danish proficiency is preferred)
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in process improvement and data management
  • Familiarity with IT outsourcing agreements and large technology vendors is a clear advantage
