The job 

 
As Head of Business Delivery in SAP Services will refer to the Customer& Delivery Director and work closely with Business Development. 

 

Your main responsibilities are: 

 

  • People management of approx. 10 FTEs in DK and PL typically Test Managers, Developers and Consultants 

  • Financially responsibility for own and own employees' utilization, incl usive correct and timely invoicing. 

 

Besides being a people manager for a team of 10, you are also expected to be: 

 

  • 50 % invoiceable as project manager on small projects towards the end customer 

  • Responsible for delivery of minor assignments (<500 hours) within agreement and SLA 

  • Expected to be a part of the weekly and monthly meetings with customer and customer's clients on each system and governance setup 

  • Responsibility for the customer related process optimization 

  • Customer and Internal reporting across the Account. 
     

 

About you 

 

  • Project management experience is required. 

  • SAP understanding and prior knowledge of working in large complex and political organizations are advantages.
