We are on the lookout for a data-driven marketer with a sharp eye for the technical aspects of digital marketing. This role is ideal for you who is passionate about configuring the right data setups between websites and marketing analytics tools to truly understand and enhance the customer journey. About the job 

As part of our Marketing, Communication & Brand department, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing our digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with experienced marketers, communication specialists, branding advisor and our technical team in Poland. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure seamless integration between our website, campaign platforms, and analytical platforms, providing deep insights into customer behaviors and conversion dynamics.  

 

 

Your responsibilities :

 

  • Technical setup and data integration: Ensure accurate data setup and seamless integrations between our website and marketing analytics platforms to capture and analyze customer interactions effectively. 

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Use data to understand customer pathways and pinpoint opportunities for conversion optimization. 

  • Data-driven decision making: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to price conversions accurately and improve the customer journey. 

  • Collaborative strategy execution: Coordinate with marketing, technical teams, and external agencies to execute data-driven campaigns that enhance user experience and customer satisfaction. 

  • Website optimization and integration: Enhance the user experience, performance, and conversion rates on KMD's website. This includes testing user flows for effective retargeting, and integrating backend elements with campaign platforms such as LinkedIn, Siteimprove, Google Ads, and more. 

  • Digital marketing tools training: Educate internal teams on the use of digital marketing tools such as Siteimprove and Leadenhancer, enhancing their proficiency in leveraging these platforms for improved marketing outcomes. 

 

 

 

 

About you  

You are a forward-thinking professional with a keen interest in digital marketing and technology integration. With a data-driven approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, you excel in optimizing marketing strategies and enhancing user experiences. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments. You have experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B context, and are eager to expand your skills and knowledge.

 

We are looking for someone who identifies with the following qualifications: 

 

  • Skilled in data-driven growth marketing and performance optimization. 

  • A relevant educational background. 

  • Strong interest in digital marketing trends and technologies. 

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Siteimprove). 

  • Experience with data analysis and consumer insights to inform strategy and optimize digital performance. 

  • Experience with CMS (Umbraco) and website optimization. 

  • Familiarity with KPIs, targets, and growth models. 

  • Fluency in Danish and English (corporate level). 

  • A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and key metrics to drive decision-making.
