Strategy Consultant to Group Strategy and M&A

In order to support this ambition, we are looking for a new Strategy Consultant, who can support and drive key strategy project incl. M&A.
About the job
In the position as a Strategy Consultant, you will play a central role in developing and executing our strategic agenda by supporting our CEO and executive team as well as drive some of the most critical projects on group level. You will join a young team of highly dedicated and talented employees where you will be able learn and develop yourself. Despite our very high ambition levels we enjoy an informal working environment with room for personality and time for a private life outside work.
Your primary responsibilities could be:
- Design and drive various kinds of strategic analyses to inform company decision making, working with senior stakeholders across the company
- Orchestrate and prepare key executive management meetings and business governance
- Participate and facilitate Board of Directors and sub-committee meetings
- Develop insights about KMD’s competitive landscape, and the key trends and forces impacting it
- Develop and deliver effective presentation and decision materials for our Executive team.
The position will be based in KMD’s HQ in Lautrupparken, Ballerup. Travel is expected to be limited.
About you
We are looking for a strong team player with great collaborative skills and the ability to maneuver in a large complex organization, by forming trusting relationships. As a person you are motived by delivering results through your work and has an interest in the opportunities that technology can create for individuals, businesses and society. We envision an individual with following qualifications or similar:
- 1-3 years of full-time experience e.g., from a top tier management consulting firm or similar
- Highly self-driven project management, execution, and stakeholder orchestration skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work structured and execute efficiently
- Experience from a corporate strategy/development function is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills in a multicultural setting
- Has an interest in M&A or perhaps some experience.
